Singer songwriter Abby Davies, combines a grunge, 90s, acoustic sound and personal experiences to create vivid narratives depicting struggles of friendship, love and mental health in her music. Currently based in Bath/Bristol, she’s played venues such as Moles, Komedia and Mr Wolfs, bringing dark humour and raw emotion to her performances. Influenced by bands such as the Foo Fighters, Nirvana and Oasis, she also continues to incorporate reimagined covers of classic rock songs into her setlist. Whilst she may be only accompanied by her signature black acoustic guitar, her rock influences bring an edge to Abby’s sound, combining the two styles into one. Always dressed in black, band merch and heavy boots, Abby Davies will take you through a whole catalogue of emotions and stories during her performances, hoping to find those who connect to her message.
