Soundwell provides music therapy within the South West of England for adults with mental health needs. We support people in their mental health recovery and provide emotional support to carers, using music to explore creativity, communication and expression. This can rebuild hope and transform lives.
We are looking forward to opening our doors to the public, and providing an opportunity for people to experience a music session at Soundwell with no pressure or commitment. No musical experience or knowledge is required, and we will have a wide range of accessible instruments that you can try out.
