Parade Gardens is a grade II listed park situated less than 300 yards away from Bath Abbey. Beautiful riverside gardens set among heritage architecture, the bandstand provides a popular venue for concerts, festivals and fairs.
Party in The City
– The event is free but our capacity is limited to 1500 people.
If/when we reach capacity we will operate a one-in-one-out policy.
Please be aware you may have to queue to gain access to the gardens (please queue towards Grand Parade).
– Parade Gardens is operating under a premises licence. Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed there. Please do not bring your own alcohol with you as it will be confiscated. Water however is fine to bring and actively encouraged.
– A check 25 policy is in place on all bars. If you’re lucky enough to look that young please ensure you have a valid photo ID with you.
– Bag searches will be in operation upon entry. Please ensure you have your bag ready for inspection and that it doesn’t contain any alcohol or banned items.
– If the weather is hot please ensure you stay hydrated and bring sun protection with you.
– Under 16s should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
– First Aid, Security & Stewards will be in place and able to help you with enquiries during the event and help with medical emergencies or lost persons.
– Please stick to the paths where possible and avoid treading in the flower bed areas. Assembling on the green areas is however fine.

There are wheelchair accessible ramps to the gardens with paved paths throughout.

There will be portaloos available plus one accessible portaloo.

There is mobility parking for blue badge holders nearby, located on Walcot Street.

The gardens are within walking distance of public transport links and most of Bath.
By bus/train
Parade Gardens is a less than 10 minute walk away from Bath bus and train stations.
By car
The nearest car park is on Manvers Street, approximately 4 minutes walk away. This car park is pay and display.
