About the festival

Our May and October festivals are over, but there are some cracking events to look forward to in the lead up to next year’s festivals. Book now for:

Lifestyle guru, Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, as he introduces us to his new book Protein in 15, an inspirational guide to healthy eating for all the family. The professional fitness coach and TV presenter is on a mission to make us fitter, healthier and happier through exercise and good food. Protein in 15 is packed with 80 quick, delicious protein-packed and unprocessed recipes for the whole family.
