COLLABORATING WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES
As part of our strategic partnership with Bath BID, we would like to collaborate with local businesses to encourage footfall in stores, increase sales and create a festival buzz that will make everyone feel like The Bath Festival is approaching. Here are some of the ways we can work together.
We have a dedicated page on our website to promote sales and offers leading up to and during the festival bathfestivals.org.uk/the-bath-festival/your-visit/offers/. We will promote this offers page regularly on our social media channels and in our e-newsletter which goes to over 28k people. In turn, we are asking businesses to use our logo to promote offers on their own marketing channels too, using the standard text: “We are proud to support The Bath Festival which takes place from 13 to 21 May. For more information, visit www.thebathfestival.org.uk.”

WINDOW DRESSING COMPETITION
We would like to offer all businesses the opportunity to create window displays based on a festival theme. The brief is deliberately loose and creativity is encouraged! We will provide all participants with a window decal and we have a limited supply of branded deckchairs which can also be used. Remember that The Bath Festival is a multi-arts festival with words and music at its heart. All window displays will need to be in place by 28 April. Bath BID’s CEO, Allison Herbert, Bath Festivals’ CEO Ian Stockley, Bath Rugby’s Tarquin McDonald and Minuteman’s Dave Dixon will judge the displays before the festival and the winning window will receive a special festival prize of festival tickets, bundle of books, £100 Minuteman Press voucher, signed Bath Rugby shirt and vouchers for The Forum Coffee House! All who enter will receive 4 free tickets to an event or events of their choice up to the value of £25.00 per ticket as a ’thank you’ for taking part.
