Junior tickets are for those aged 14 and under.

All tickets are subject to a 10% service charge. Tickets purchased via Bath Box Office are subject to a £1 transaction. Additional delivery fees apply.

Can I buy a day ticket rather than the whole weekend?

Day tickets will be available after the Early Bird period.

Whats do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets give access to a dedicate VIP entry lane, VIP marquee and garden area, VIP bar and Posh Loos. Please note VIP tickets are limited.

What time does the festival start each day?

The Festival runs on Saturday 1 June and Sunday 2 June 2019 from 13:00-23:00 each day.

Can I leave and re-enter during the day?

Yes, you can.  Please keep your wristband on. Without it clearly displayed you will be refused re-entry to the site.

I’ve bought tickets, but haven’t received my ticket email – what should I do?

Firstly, check your junk mail box as they may have fallen in there, but if you still haven’t received your tickets by email within 24 hours of purchasing them please revisit the site you purchased your ticket and follow the guidelines.  If you purchased your ticket/s through the

I would prefer not to buy tickets online, are there any other options? Can I just buy a ticket on the day of the event?

You can purchase tickets for this event over the phone from the Bath Box Office by calling 01225 463362 during the box office opening times. Alternatively, you can go into the box office in person to buy tickets. The address is:

I’ve purchased an e-ticket, can I display on my phone?

No, e-tickets must be printed out so they can be scanned on the gate.

I’m no longer able to attend; can I get a refund, or give my tickets to a friend?

Tickets for this event are not refundable, but if the event sells out tickets bought through Bath Box Office may be returned to the Bath Box Office to be resold (please note that booking fees and postage fees are always non-refundable). Tickets are non-transferable. Please see The Bath Festival Finale Weekend Terms and Conditions for more information.

Are there age restrictions? Do children need a different ticket type?

A ticket holding adult over the age of 18 must accompany all under 18’s, including under 18’s who have purchased an adult ticket. ‘Junior Tickets’ are available at a reduced rate and are for children aged 14 and under. Any child over the age of 14 will need to purchase adult ticket. One under 5 year old child may come free per adult ticket holder. This will be discounted once both Adult and Under 5 tickets are in your basket when purchasing online. All children must have a ticket, even if it’s just a free under 5’s ticket.
