Are there age restrictions? Do children need a different ticket type?

A ticket holding adult over the age of 18 must accompany all under 16’s.  ‘Junior Tickets’ are available at a reduced rate and are for children aged 15 and under. Any child over the age of 15 will need to purchase adult ticket. One under 5 year old child may come free per adult ticket holder. All children must have a ticket, even if it’s just a free under 5’s ticket.

What do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets give access to a dedicated VIP marquee and garden area, VIP bar and Posh Loos. Please note VIP tickets are limited.

What time does the festival start each day?

The Festival runs on Saturday 7 August and Sunday 8 August 2021 from 13:00-23:00 each day.

Can I leave and re-enter during the day?

Yes, you can.  Please keep your wristband on. Without it clearly displayed you will be refused re-entry to the site.

I’ve bought tickets, but haven’t received my ticket email – what should I do?

Firstly, check your junk mail box as they may have fallen in there, but if you still haven’t received your tickets by email within 24 hours of purchasing them please revisit the site you purchased your ticket and follow the guidelines.  If you purchased your ticket/s through the:

I would prefer not to buy tickets online, are there any other options? Can I just buy a ticket on the day of the event?

You can purchase tickets for this event over the phone from the Bath Box Office by calling 01225 463362 during the box office opening times.

You can also buy tickets on the day at the box office on site at the Bath Recreation Ground at the William Street, off Great Pultney Street Entrance.

I’ve purchased an e-ticket, can I display on my phone?

No, e-tickets must be printed out so they can be scanned on the gate.

I’m no longer able to attend; can I get a refund, or give my tickets to a friend?
