About the Artists
Jealous Tina are a Bath based neo-soul 5 piece formed in 2018. Taking creative influence from the work of Arlo Parks, Puma Blue and Lianne La Havas, they deliver a tight and punchy line up of poetic lyricism and passionate melodies. Their unique sound is revealed through the soulful vocals and sweet-sounding saxophone of front woman Rosie Patton, accompanied by jazz infused keys and a punchy, groove soaked rhythm section.
Following the release of their debut EP ‘She who leaves her guard down’ in September 2020, the band are looking forward to a rescheduled run of live shows in 2021.
Blending soul grooves & intricate riffs with loving care for the mind, Shutterdog have come to spread pure love and unabridged acceptance. Fronted by the honeyed voice of Amy Greed and crowned by an electric 12-string brothership, the 5-piece group mix elements of funk, R&B, neo-soul and math rock in their bursts of retro authenticity.
Hailing from Suffolk UK, Bath-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Jax Beats draws inspiration from a blend of genres including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Disco and Dance. His groove-soaked production sound captures summer sun infused chill within every release and has been related to the likes of Tom Misch, SG Lewis and KAYTRANADA.
Joely is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter based in Oxford and Bath. Taking influence from soul, jazz and indie pop you can expect to hear rich soulful vocals over dreamy chords and catchy, punchy songs. Over the last 2 years she has released 2 EP’s and a few singles, backed loyally by BBC Introducing and even played her own headline release show at The O2 Academy Oxford.
