Maisie Hill, women’s health expert and bestselling author of Period Power, will share valuable insights into the physiological changes of perimenopause and menopause, step by step, with calm positivity. She talks to Dr Kate Kerr, a Bath-based menopause care specialist about the importance of helping women to make informed, reliable choices.

Menopause is a subject that is only recently starting to get some attention as high profile women have spoken up about their experiences. For anyone who is unsure if they are perimenopausal, in need of well researched information about HRT or looking for advice about mood swings, weight gain or hot flushes, this event will leave you feeling empowered as Maisie helps us view perimenopause as a positive and powerful experience.
