One of our best-loved entertainers Mel Giedroyc talks to Francesca Beauman about her funny, tender and timely debut novel The Best Things.
A big-hearted story of a family on the brink, The Best Things is a life-affirming tale of failing, falling and finding a way back up. Featuring a brave heroine struggling to find the hero inside and a cast of unforgettable characters, it is a guaranteed page turner as warm and witty as Mel herself.
We all know and love Mel from her 30-year career spanning comedy, acting and presenting. As part of the double act Mel and Sue in series including Light Lunch, The Great British Bake Off and her new show Unforgivable.
