About the Author
Mariella Frostrup is one of the UK’s leading journalists, broadcasters and critics. Her lifelong love of travelling and scuba diving has taken her from Papua New Guinea to the Magellan Straits, Liberia to northern Iceland. She writes a monthly Travel Column for the Telegraph newspaper and has described her many journeys in a host of other National newspapers and magazines. Also a champion of literature and the arts she presents Open Book on Radio 4 and The Big Painting Challenge on BBC1. Mariella lives in Somerset and London with her husband and two children.
