In 2018 we launched our Share the Story scheme which gives you the chance to support children and families who wouldn\u2019t ordinarily be able to attend the festival to enjoy our events and have a full festival experience. Our key aims are to inspire young people to read more, make it possible to meet their heroes and encourage them to create stories of their own. Share the Story allows us to offer that opportunity to as many children as possible.<\/p>\n
After such a challenging time, we\u2019d love to be able to support as many children as possible to come to the festival with their school or family and to take home books to continue their enjoyment. So if you can help, please donate to our Share the Story Fund when you buy your tickets. Even a small amount can mean a child can own a book for the first time or meet an author they love. 100% of your donation goes to the children, schools and families where it can make a real difference.<\/p>\n
