‘Where the World Ends’ is an intriguing read full of suspense. It has kept me on my toes and left me wanting to read more. Every sentence is a page turner and the story is full of unexpected events.

The book is based the events of 1727 providing an insight into the the traditions and tales of of St. Kilda. The read is focused on the character Quilliam as he and some other boys are sent to a remote “Sea Stac” to harvest birds, though many of them never come back…

You can see Geraldine McCaughrean along with Gillian Cross and Alex Wheatle on Wednesday 4th Oct at 7pm.
