Diary of a Wimpy Kid author, Jeff Kinney, announces his only UK date in Bath

September 28, 2017

Jeff Kinney, author of the international best-selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series will be appearing at Bath Pavilion on Sunday 3 December as part of the year-round programme of events offered by Bath Children’s Literature Festival.

Prepare for take-off with this hugely entertaining family event suitable for children age 7+.

The event will be inspired by Jeff’s new book, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Getaway, which sees the Heffleys embark on a Christmas holiday they’ll never forget.

Expect fun and games with great prizes up for grabs, plus an insight into Jeff’s experience as an author. At the end of the show there will be a chance to ask any burning questions.

Tickets go on sale today (21 September) at midday, priced at £8.50 per person.

Get them from Bath Box Office on 01225 463362 or on our website.

Jeff will be signing copies of his latest book after the event but pre-signed copies will also be available for families who do not want to queue. The pre-signed copies can be purchased when booking tickets in advance and will be ready for collection at the venue Due to time restraints, Jeff will not be able to write dedications.

If you can’t wait until December to get your Wimpy Kid fix then fans might also want to book tickets to The Wimpy Kid Show at the festival on Sunday 8 October.
