The Bath Festival 2017: booking now open for early release events

Momentum is gathering for Bath’s new flagship festival with eight events booking now (ahead of the full programme).

The early release events are:

– Acclaimed crime writer Sophie Hannah

– American jazz musician Madeleine Peyroux

– Award winning author of Brooklyn Colm Tóibín 

– Celebrated cellist Steven Isserlis in conversation with Schumann super-fan Simon Callow

– Physicist Jim Al-Khalili 

– New York a cappella band Naturally 7

– World-renowned musician Herbert Blomstedt with the Philharmonia Orchestra and pianist Martin Helmchen

 The Good Immigrant Join the debate around Britain’s favourite book with readings and discussion and music from DJ Tone.
