Howard Jacobson joins line-up for this year’s Bath Festival

March 7, 2017

As the world reeled after the election of Donald Trump, Man Booker Prize-winning novelist Howard Jacobson found himself in “a fury of disbelief”. But instead of fuming, he started rising at dawn and in six weeks flat had written Pussy, the warped fairytale of a gilded prince raised on a diet of reality TV shows who rises to unimagined heights of power. Sound familiar?

Howard Jacobson will be appearing at the Bath Festival on 24 May to discuss this brilliant new book in an event chaired by Festival Artistic Director, Alex Clark. Visit Event Page
